Logitech intros wired iPad keyboard especially for education market

As anyone who has read TUAW over the past few weeks can tell there’s no shortage of IPad keyboards on the market these days. All of them tend to use Bluetooth to connect to the iPad, which is fine — except when you’re a school teacher or IT person who needs to figure out which keyboard is paired with a particular iPad

Facebook buys mobile development tool house Parse

Facebook has purchased Parse, a service that provides a cloud-based set of mobile services and development tools. This news comes on the heels of last week’s Mobile Developer Conference where Facebook introduced tools making it easier to implement Open Graph on mobile along with the release of Facebook SDK 3.5 . With the addition of Parse’s toolset developers will be able to store and build server-based apps for Facebook in the cloud without the need for expensive infrastructure

Toddy Gear Screensters: Rescuing your screens from fingerprints

Many of the bloggers here at TUAW have young kids who have a tendency to smear all sorts of unmentionably bad things onto the screens of iPhones and iPads. Then there are those older kids (ahem…) who can’t put away our iPads when we’re eating a meal
