
Peter Molyneux’s studio 22cans has been working on a Populous followup game called Godus , and the company has just announced a deal for a publisher. DeNA, the Japanese company behind the Mobage social platform, will be publishing Godus on iOS.

AT&T to enable FaceTime over cellular for all customers by end of 2013

In a statement provided to The Verge , AT&T has indicated that all iPhone subscribers will be able to use FaceTime via a cellular connection by the end of 2013. For video chat apps that come pre-loaded on devices, we currently give all OS and device makers the ability for those apps to work over cellular for our customers who are on Mobile Share or Tiered plans. Apple, Samsung and BlackBerry have chosen to enable this for their pre-loaded video chat apps

Caturday: Mac mini is Biru’s pillow

What can be more comfortable to a cat than a pillow that blows warm air out of an optical media slot and vibrates ever so gently? That appears to be why Biru (Indonesian for Blue) loves to rest on a Mac mini owned by reader Peter Stagg and his wife.

Dedicated CW app coming to Apple TV in coming weeks

Deadline is reporting that the CW network is bringing its content to Apple’s favorite little hobby – the Apple TV. During CW’s upfront presentation today, CW President Mark Pedowitz explained that the CW network is now reaching “more viewers on more platforms” while stressing that 20% of the network’s viewership now stems from digital sources. MacRumors reached out to CW and was told that its upcoming app will be featured on the Apple TV homescreen and will operate similarly to its current Xbox app.

Sorry iPad owners, BBM for iOS will be iPhone only
RIM announced earlier this week that BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) is coming to both iOS and Android as a free download later this summer. While RIM’s market share continues to plummet, the number of folks who still use BBM is rather impressive
